What We’re Looking For:
â?? Veterinary clinic experience required, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
â?? Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.
â?? A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.
â?? A willingness to work “on the floor” as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).

Your Role & Responsibilities:
?? Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
?? Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
?? Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice’s reputation in the community.
?? Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.
